Police on Saturday arrested an indian nation residing in Phalebas-5 of Parbat on the charge of raping a 13-year-old minor girl. The arrested has been identified as 22-year-old Sadre Alam of Uttar Pradesh Betiya District Wes Champaran Bagaha Thana Mainatak.
