A complaint against 33 years old husband has been lodged at Area Police Office of Chandranigahapur on December 15 on charge of marital rape on her wife on December 14. The victim said that she was raped by an accused without the willing from his wife.

The victim said that she has been tortured by the accused and was raped in an inebriated state on the night of December 14.

She added that she is being raped by an accused in previous occasion even during her period.

The victim underwent health checkup at Chandranigahapur Hospital on December 15. DSP Yuv Raj Khadka of Area Police Office said that the accused has been arrested on a same day for further investigation.
