When trying to stop her son from committing suicide, the son killed his mother, 47-year-old Parbati Nepali of Narayan-3. Her youngest son 26-year-old Balaram Nepali killed her with hoe.
According to DSP Thakur Prasad Pokharel, police reached the incident site on being informed that Balarm was attacking his 70-year-old grandmother Juwara Nepali, 64-year-old Mandhara Nepali, 24-year-old Kaushila Nepali and other neighbors, after killing his wife.
The grandmother also sustained serious injures in the incident. Others who were injured in the incident returned home after some treatment.
