The victim’s party of 19 years old verbal impaired woman have lodged complaint against 26 years old Suresh Bhujel of Phalgunanda Rural Municipality-2 at District Police Office on December 18 on charge of rape.
The victim’s party had lodged complaint at police on December 17 and complaint was registered on December 18 according to inspector Anil Paudel of DPO.
On December 14, the accused had raped woman and on December 17 she underwent health checkup at District Hospital according to police.
