21-year-old man was arrested on February 6 on the charge of raping a 15-year-old girl on February 5. The accused has been identified as Surya B.K, a resident of Chapakot municipality-10.

The case was filed against the accused on February 6 at Ward Police office, Waling by the victim's family. On the basis of the complaints lodged by the victim's relatives, the accused was arrested for further investigation, said Senior Inspector Yubraj Chand of Ward Police Office.

The victim underwent health treatment at  Primary Health Center, Waling on February 6, according to the Police.
