Officials of Hetauda sub-metropolitan and local levels are protesting against the Employee Adjustment Ordinance enforced by Nepal Government on 9th December accusing that it's provisions are biased. Demanding equality, almost 180 officials are on symbolic protest and are working wearing black band.
Level-less officials should be upgraded to second grade, assistant level to 2 grad who have worked less than 5 years, 1 graded up to those who have completed 5 years, 5 years completed assistant officials of 5th grade should be increased to 6th level and officers of 6th level who haven't completed 5 years should increased 2 grade are their demands.
