Police have arrested 50-year-old Bhim Prashad Pathak on the charge of sexually abusing a 12-year-old girl with physical disability in Sandakpur rural municipality Sulubung of Ilam. According to police, Pathak allegedly touched the private organ of the victim at her home on Friday. Her family members came to her rescue when she cried for help during the incident. Police registered a case against Pathak after the victim's family lodged a complaint against him at District Police Office on Friday.
