Employees of Hetauda-8 based Super Lemicoats Pvt Ltd have been agitated citing that the company has refused to implement the Government's decision to increase their salary.
Ram Krishna Dhakal, an employee at the company said that the employees have halted all work at the company protesting the company's refusal to pay the employees increased salary of rupees 3 thousands and 7 hundred. During a meeting held on December 6, 2018 between the management committee of the company and the employees, the management committee had agreed to fulfill the demands of the employees by December 20. Dhakal said that they were resort to strike after the company management company failed to implement that agreement. There are 45 employees working in the company. The agitated employees have vowed to continue the strike until their demands were met.
