Police arrests youth on the charge of raping minor girl

Police arrested a teenager on the charge of raping a 10-year-old girl in Jhapa. Police arrested the accused, 17-year-old teenager residing in Biran of Shivasatakshi Municipality-9 on the charge of raping the minor girl, informed DSP Mahendra Kumar Shrestha of DPO Jhapa. Police deployed from Area Police Office Jhiljhile following report of the incident arrested the teenager.
The victim underwent medical examination at Mechi Zonal Hospital. Police are further investigating on the incident.
