District Police Office, Rukum (West) arrested a youth on charge of rape. Police arrested 21-year-old Manoj Oli of Bhume Rural Municipality-9 in accusation of raping 15-year-old girl of Sanibheri-7. According to complaint filed on 13th December, Oli raped the girl in goat shed when he went to Sanibheri for his friend's wedding. During the incident, girl screamed out and hearing that relatives came to know about the incident and they immediately informed police said DSP Sumit Khadka, District Police Office Rukum (West).

During the primary investigation it was found that Oli invited the girl to the goat shed to click selfie. The accused was arrested on the same day of incident said DSP Khadka.

Further investigation of the case is going on.
