Relatives of the deceased staged protest at Seti Zonal Hospital following the death of a pregnant woman during treatment. Rekha Thapa, 22, of Dhanagadhi Sub-metropolitan-12, Jugeda died on Thursday while undergoing treatment.

Thapa had undergone a surgery on March 18th. She had a swollen stomach since then, for which she was given the treatment for Gastritis. She was referred to Kohalpur for further treatment following no positive changes in health. Her husband informed that the patient had died on the way to Kohalpur.
