A complaint against 50 years old Bishnu Bhakta Shrestha, a ward member of Likhu Rural Municipality ward 3 is lodged at police office on March 23 on charge of sexually abusing 17 years old girl.
The victim underwent health checkup at District Hospitalk of Rujataar on a same day. The accused is at large and police is searching for the accused.
