Guardians padlocked Hemraj Higher Secondary School of Banganga Municipality -11, Kapilbastu citing Principal Tulsiram Yadav's monopoly.
Since the last 5 years, the school hasn't formed School Management Committee and decisions to be made by the committee are being made by the principal irresponsibly thus they decided to lock Principal's room said Shyam Kumar Gupta, a guardian of one of the students.
