Woman seriously injured after being attacked with khukuri by father-in-law

30-year-old Chanda Rai of Belaka municipality-2 Udayapur was seriously injured when her father-in-law attacked her with khukuri during a dispute over inheritance. Chanda's father-in-law Situman Rai attacked her with khukuri on Saturday during a dispute between the two.
Chanda, who sustained serious injury in the incident is undergoing treatment at BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences. Police are further investigating on the incident informed, Chandradev Rai of District Police Office Udayapur.
