A discussion on the issue of a tender resulted in an attack on Rukum West, Aathbiskot municipality. Local youths pelted stones on Sunday afternoon over the dispute in the municipality regarding submission of expression of interest on a call for bid. 

In the time of dispute, two police who were there on a security duty, were injured. While another man who was working outside the municipality office was also injured from the stone attack.

Police personnel Deepak Thapa and Kushal Khadka, and a civilian Nishan Kami were injured.
