Police arrests man from Rukum West on the charge of raping minor girl

Police on March 31 arrested 33-year-old Dhan Bahadur Bohara of Bajhang district on the charge of raping a 14-year-old minor girl in West Rukum. DSP Sumit Khadka of District Police Office said that police had arrested him for allegedly raping the minor girl by taking her to Pithauragadh in India luring her with prospect of marriage.
The victim's family had lodged a complaint against Bohara accusing him of raping the minor girl on March 25.
The victim underwent medical examination at District hospital Salle on March 31.
