Police have arrested a 47-year-old man from Hetauda sub-metropolitan city on the charge of raping his 17-year-old daughter.

Police arrested the accused after his daughter reported to the police that he had been raping her since the past four years.  DSP Yagya Prasad Bhattarai of DPO Makwanpur informed that he had been remanded into custody for 14 days for investigation.

The victim was rescued by an organization called Three Angels in Chitwan and was handed to Maiti Nepal Makwanpur.
