Sarala Khadka, 20 of Dullu Municipality-8 has lodged complaint at District Police Office against her husband Rsm Bahadur Khadka on April 3 accusing him of beating and expelling her and a son from the house.

DSP Thakur Prasad Sharma of DPO said that both parties are being summoned in the office for the interrogation.

They were married only two years ago and since then she was being victim of domestic violence. She used to get thrashed by her husband in an inebriated state.

The victim said that she is taking shelter at her paternal house in Bhairabi Rural Municipality-2 after the incident after her life became insecure.
