Vehicle Management Association of Janakpur Zone are still practicing syndicate system. 

The association is collecting money in the name of route permit form various bus owners. When Hukumdev Das, a conductor of Super Chandra Kanta Transportation Service, denied to pay the amount to the association, he was attacked by Deepak Sha and Laxmi Das on Tuesday evening. Injured Das's treatment is going on in Janakpur Zonal Hospital. He also reported to Janakpur Express that they stole his gold necklace and some money.
