Residents of Biratnagar metropolitan city-6 have been agitated after the metropolitan city dismantled houses made by encroaching public land.
The agitated locals locked up local representatives and staff at the ward office of the metropolitan city for 2 hours. They freed the local representatives after convincing them to further discuss on the issue coming Sunday.
