Police on Saturday arrested 26-year-old Sunil Silpakar of Bhaktapur municipality-10 Muldhoka and 18-year-old Bishal Tamang of Roshi rural municipality in Kabhre on the charge of raping 2 15-year-old twin sisters.

Police arrested the accused youths in a search operation on Saturday night after the girls' mother filed a complaint at Metropolitan Police Circle Bhaktapur on Friday reporting that her daughter were missing. Following the arrest, the girls' mother filed a written complaint of rape against the arrested youths at Bhaktapur Police on Sunday. The victims underwent medical examination at Thapathali Maternity hospital on Saturday.
