Police arrests youth on the charge of raping minor girl

Police on April 29 arrested 19-year-old Manoj Bhar of Siyari rural municipality-2 Bhagdari on the charge of raping a 10-year-old minor girl.
According to DSP Dharmaraj Bhandari of District Police Office Rupandehi, police arrested Manoj on the basis of a complaint lodged by the girl's mother on April 29 accusing him of raping her daughter the previous day. The victim underwent medical examination at Bhim hospital in Bhairahawa.
