Man accused of raping 7-year-old minor girl arrested

Police arrested a man who was on the run after raping a 7-year-old minor girl in Sinamangal of Kathmandu. Kanchanpur Police arrested Bhuwan aka Raju Kharel, the accused in coordination with Metropolitan police crime branch. According to SP Sahakul Thapa of the metropolitan police crime branch, police arrested Bhuwan from Belauri.
