Municipality office padlocked in Tanahun

Locals padlocked the office of Bhanu Municipality in Tanahun on Sunday morning citing irregularity in the selection of Municipal Police. The locals padlocked the municipality office saying that ineligible candidates were selected against the selection process. Mayor of the municipality Udayaraj Gauli claimed that the municipal policemen were chosen following proper procedures.
