Police, on Wednesday evening, arrested 60-year-old Ali Baksh of  Shivaraj Municipality-8, Bisanpur on the charge of beating 44-year-old Hiralal Yadav and three others of the same place. Ali was arrested by the police deployed from the Ward Police Office, Chandrauta, after receiving information that three people were injured in the clash over the issue of extracting sand from  farm. The injured were sent to Butwal for treatment. Police are searching for the other absconding persons and further investigation is underway.
