The Civil Society has launched a civic awareness campaign for democracy. Civil society members who gathered at Maitighar demanded assurance of good governance, withdrawal of bill against press freedom, halt to interference over the Human Rights Commission, and independence of court.They also demanded the withdrawal of the Guthi Bill.
