34-year-old Ranjit Kumar Raya, 25-year-old Nagendra Kumar Mahato and 32-year-old Pappu Shah of Malangawa-2 assaulted 54-year-old Mina Devi Thakur for refusing to cut hair and nails for other people. The victim's family filed a complaint at District Police Office on June 12 against the accused. 

Mina Devi has a broken hand as a result of the beating. Her treatment was done at District Hospital in Sarlahi. 

The accused allegedly beat the woman on the morning of June 10.
