Police on June 18 arrested 36-year-old Man Bahadur Gurung, who is constable at Police Bit situated in buspark at Tulsipur Sub-metropolitan city-3 and 33-year-old Kishow Khada, a driver working in Tulsipur Sub-metropolitan city-6, originally from Babai Rural Municipality-5 on the charge of raping a 31-year-old woman.
Police arrested him on the basis of a complaint lodged by the victim's family at Area Police Office Tulsipur.
DSP Prem Bahadur Shahi said that in the complaint, the victim's family stated that the accused raped the girl on June 4.
The victim underwent a medical examination at Rapti Provincial Hospital Tulsipur on June 18.
