Police have arrested 45 years old brother-in-law Bobi Roka of Baglung municipality-13 on June 22 on charge of attacking 45 years old Laxmi Roka with sickle and injuring her.

The accused was arrested on a same day by the police and was taken into custody for the investigation.

The accused had attacked the victim in a minor domestic dispute. Severely injured Roka is undergoing treatment at Manipal Teaching Hospital, Pokhara according to DSP Jhabindra Prasad Bhattarai of DPO Baglung.

The victim’s father Som Bahadur Roka,74 is also injured while he was helping to stop the attack and receiving treatment at Dhaulagiri Zonal Hospital in Baglung according to police.
