Police have arrested 54 years old Netra Bahadur Khatri of Majhuwagadhi Municipality-11, Kharmi on June 25 on charge of attempting to rape 21 years old woman.

The victim’s party had lodged complaint at District Police Office on March 10 against the accused on charge of attempting to rape her on March 10. The accused was at large after the incident and he was arrested in course of search operation according to inspector Keshav Katuwal of District Police Office.

The victim underwent health check up on a same day the complaint was lodged.
