CPN affiliated youths smeared black Ajit Kumar Shrivastav, Chief of Irrigation Development Division Office, Kanchanpur on June 27 for allegedly seeking bribe from service seeker.
The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority Kanchanpur had arrested Shrivastav from the office on June 27. The CPN affiliated youths smeared Shrivastav black soot at his office.
Srivastav was arrested on the allegation of demanding a commission of Rs. 2 lakh for the construction of the dam of the Chaudhar River in Bhimdutt Municipality.
