Sundar Janata Secondary School situated at Aurahi rural municipality-5 has been padlocked by the students. The students padlocked the school demanding financial transparency, setting up of a science lab, library, computer lab, and regular teaching at the school.
Student Rupesh Yadav said they padlocked the school after 28 lakhs of the school fund was misappropriated. Similarly, student Sachin Yadav also accused the Principal Indu Dev Yadav of threatening the students and their guardians after students started the protest.
According to community's President Dipendra Yadav, the memorandum has been submitted to the rural municipality's president, vice-president, administrative officer, rural municipality education committee, ward office of ward no.4 and 5 as well as to the school principal.
