Youth arrested on charge of rape

Police arrested 21-year-old Arjun Pandey of Birendranagar Municipality-6 on July 10 on the charge of raping 26-year-old woman.
According to DSP Pradip Kumar Chhetri of District Police Office Surkhet, police arrested Pandey on the basis of a verbal complaint by the victim's party stating that the accused raped the victim on July 8.
The victim's medical examination was done at Karnali Provincial Hospital in Surkhet on July 10.
