A clash was reported at the fifth village assembly ward center hall in Khatyad Rural Municipality over the issue of establishing ward center. The unsatisfied group have protested and the clash started according to the source. 

In a clash, 32 years old village executive member Ummakala Bhiyal of Khatyad Rural Municipality-7 and office helper 28 years old Ganesh Thapa were injured.

The fifth assembly of the Rural Municipality had proposed for establishing a ward center at ward 3,6,7,9 and 10 and was decided by the assembly.

The unsatisfied group of people had protested against the decision and the clash started after both parties started to pelt stones to each other. In a clash two people were confirmed injured according to vice-chair Jaya Nanda Rawal of Rural Municipality.

Police led by SI from Area Police Office reached the incident site according to the inspector Lal Bahadur Aire.
