Police arrested 24-year-old Indra Bahadur Tamang, a resident of Katari municipality-4 on charge of raping a woman. A team of police officers deployed from Katari Area Police Office on receiving information about the incident, arrested the accused on Monday night. Further investigation regarding the incident is underway.
