A complaint against 50 years old Rajendra Sah kanu of Maha Gadhimai Municipality-2 , has been lodged at Area Police Office, Chandranigahapur by the victim’s sister of 20 years old woman on charge of rape. The victim was raped on July 17. 

The victim’s party complainied that accused had lured the victim for lunch in a hotel and raped her.

The accused fled the scene after the police heard the screaming of the victim.

Inspector Santosh Pathak of Area Police Office, Chandranigahapur said that the incident is under investigation and victim’s health checkup was conducted at Chandranigahapur Hospital on July 17.
