Demonstrators torched effigies of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and Federal Affairs and General Administration Minister Lalbabu Pandit at Sahidgate on July 19.
Indigenous groups, Madhesis, and other groups claim that the vacancy announcement published by the Public Service Commission is not inclusive. PSC had announced vacancy for 9161 positions for the local levels.
