A complaint has lodged at Area Police Office, Nijgadh against 31 years old Hiraman Muktan of Tangiyabasti, Jitpur Simara Sub Metropolist-16 on charge of raping a 11 year old girl on July 20.

Accused had raped the victim the first time on July 17 but was not disclosed to anyone due to fear and told her mother after the accused raped her for the second time on July 19.

Inspector Bikram Lama of Area Police Office, Nijgadh had stated accused Muktan was arrested on July 20.

As per the Police victim’s health checkup was conducted at Chandrapur Hospital on July 20.
