Prem Giri of Sundarharaicha Municipality-10 and his family assaulted Tara Bishwakarma and her family, the residents of the same place after Tara had requested to move the toilet of Prem's family. According to Tara, the toilet near Tara's house had made it difficult for them since it created a foul smell. Prem's family assaulted Tara and her family with bricks and rods. They also verbally assaulted them using ethnic slurs. Tara underwent medical treatment at Nobel Hospital after she was seriously injured from the assault. The locals tried to resolve the issue in the village and police, thus far, have not taken any legal action against the accused.
