Locals block Jorpati-Gokarna-Sundarijal road section demanding maintenance

The locals blocked the Jorpati-Gorkarna-Sundarijal road section claiming that mud was put on the roads in the name of graveling. The condition of the road has become worse after laying mud on the road. The locals lament that the road is more slippery and unsafe.
It has been four years since the bid for the blacktopping of the road was called. However, the construction of the road has not yet started.
