Man arrested on charge of rape

Police arrested 19-year-old Shyam Bhattarai, a resident of Shiva Satakshi-7, on Tuesday morning, on the charge of raping a 16-year-old girl. A group of three young men, including Bhattarai, allegedly raped the girl. Two of the accused are on the run and police are searching for them.
The investigation regarding the incident is underway.
