A priest of Kalika temple in Dhurkot rural municipality-5 has apologized for his discriminatory behavior against a Dalit child. On 18th June, the priest had separately given the tika to 5-year-old Greshan Bishwakarma. Normally, the priest puts tika on the forehead of the person receiving tika.
