Police arrested 22-year-old Roshan Kumar Yadav of Rajbiraj-9 and 24-year-old Ramanlal Das on the charge of raping a 19-year-old girl from Morang with mental disability.  The accused raped the girl in Maleth of Rajbiraj Municipality-9.  "We recovered the victim from the incident-spot during the regular patrolling," said Bhawesh Rimal, the SP of Saptari District Police Office. Police knew about the incident through the testimony of the victim, who had been missing for the last four days.
