Accused of raping a 16-year-old arrested from Waling

Police, on August 14, arrested 68-year-old Gopal Nepali of Waling Municipality-11 on the charge of raping a 16-year-old child. The victim, on August 14, had filed a complaint, in Ward Police Office Waling, of alleged rape on March 6. The victim underwent a medical examination on August 14 in Ghyangling Primary Health Center.
