Complaint of rape attempt lodged against ward secretary in Okhaldhunga

A complaint of attempted rape has been registered in Okhaldhunga against 45-year-old Chet Bahadur Katuwal, ward-secretary of Sunkoshi rural municipality-7. Katuwal is a resident of Chyanam in Sunkoshi rural municipality.
According to inspector Rajiv Shrestha of Okhaldhunga police, the complaint was registered against Katuwal for attempting to rape a 23-year-old local woman on August 18. Police are looking for Katuwal who went on the run following the registration of the complaint against him.
