Students affiliated to Nepal Communist Party burned an effigy of the minister of Industries, Tourism, Forest and Environment of Province 2, Ramanaresh Raya in Kalaiya of Bara district on Tuesday.
Protesting against minister's Raya's recent remark that he would not allow the International airport to be built in Nijgadh, the students demanded his resignation and chanted slogans against Province 2 government. Mukesh Sah, Bara district committee member of Nepal Communist Party said International airport must be built in Nijgadh.
