Accused of rape arrested

Police on September 3 arrested 28-year-old Suresh Saaru of Tinau rural municipality-3 on the charge of raping a 52-year-old woman. The relatives of the victim had filed a complaint accusing Saaru of raping the disabled woman on September 2 in Palpa District Police Office.
Police are further investigating the incident. The health check-up of the victim was carried out on 2nd September in Palpa District Hospital.
