Woman injured in brother-in-law's attack

21-year-old Sharmila Chaudhary of Mechinagar municipality-10 Khayardangi was injured when her brother-in-law attacked her with a wooden stick on Friday.
Sharmila's brother-in-law, 24-year-old Bikram Chaudhary hit her on the head with a wooden stick during a dispute on Friday, according to District Police Office Jhapa.
Police are looking for Bikram who went on the run following the incident. Sharmila is undergoing treatment at Dhulabari based Roshan medical.
