Locals of Baitadi have begun a relay hunger strike demanding a bridge over Mahakali, the Nepal-India border river. The relay hunger strike was started from Sunday at the District Administration Office, Baitadi.

Chairman Nara Bahadur Chand of the Baitadi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, said that the Julaghat Bridge Construction Struggle Committee started the relay hunger under the leadership of Baitadi Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
