Nine connected to a rape made public

Police have arrested nine people in connection with gang-rape of a 19-year-old girl of Susta, Nawalparasi.
Among the arrested are 45-year-old Surendra Yadav, 25-year-old Manmohan Rajbhar, 22-year-old Shivaraj Rajbhar, 37-year-old Bhimalal Musahar, 22-year-old Sandeep Yadav, 22-year-old Raj Musshar, 40-year-old Netra Chaudhary, 19-year-old Pintu, and 19-year-old Amarnath Bhidahaar.
They had raped the girl, who was heading towards her office, by taking her to a sugarcane farm some three hundred meters away from the road, said DSP Birendra Thapa.
" The court has approved five days for investigation. They are being investigated.," said Prakash Shrimal, the SP of Belataari Area Police.
